Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
Wow, I was blown away by this hotel! The rooms are a work of art, modern and spotlessly clean, but street noise and music from the next room can be a bother. The service was great with options like airport shuttle and a welcoming drink. The location is perfect for exploring both the boho area and the town, with easy access to the old town and picturesque spots. The dining experience was generous and delicious but not ideal for larger groups. I loved the facilities overall.
The hotel offers exceptionally clean rooms with an artistic design, a large living room facing the square and the beautiful Sao Roque church. However, the rooms become too warm when turned off, and some issues with cleanliness and towel availability were present during the stay.
This hotel amazed me with its incredible and funky rooms, beautiful design, and a nice breakfast by Miguel, who quickly sorted us out with delightful and very spacious accommodations. However, this level of luxury comes at a price.
The hotel offers bright and spacious rooms equipped with everything needed. The location is superb, near the heart of Lisbon and within walking distance to many attractions. The service is top-notch with helpful staff. The dining experience is outstanding, delivered to the room at the requested time. However, a lack of curtains in the room could be a drawback.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was vibrant and exciting, with bustling nightlife just outside our window. The room was spacious and clean, providing views of both the square and the street, but sadly, soundproofing was lacking, exposing us to noisy disturbances. The service was exceptional, especially with the challenging task of navigating the busy Lisbon streets. However, the dining options were limited to cold food, though the staff were pleasant and accommodating.
